Thank you for subscribing to SR Cinema. We aim to provide the best possible viewing experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases or subscriptions.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription payments made to SR Cinema are non-refundable.
This applies to all plans (monthly, quarterly, annual), whether the service was used or not.
2. Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused days or early termination.
3. Duplicate Payments
In the case of duplicate charges, please contact our support team via mail within 7 days of the transaction.
Refunds for such issues will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent access to the platform, despite valid subscription and device compatibility, please contact our support team.
Refunds in these cases will only be considered if:
The issue is not resolved within 72 hours of reporting.
Sufficient proof is provided within 48hrs from your the time an error occurred .
Our team reserves the right to decline a refund if the issue is caused by user error, unsupported devices, or poor internet connectivity.
5. Changes to the Policy
SR Cinema reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
